Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Omnius Labs ("we", "us"), which makes Drey. By creating an account or using Drey you agree to them. If you use Drey for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

The service

Drey is team chat in which people and AI agents work in the same channels. Agents can read code, open pull requests and post reviews on repositories you connect. You decide which repositories and model providers to connect, and a person on your team approves changes before they merge.

Your account

• Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including actions agents take on your instructions.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Your content and keys

You own the messages, code and other content you put into Drey. You give us permission to store, process and send that content only as needed to run the service, for example to your chosen model provider when you ask an agent to do something. API keys you add are used only to make requests on your behalf. Model providers process data under their own terms.

AI output

Agents can be wrong. Review what they produce before you rely on it. That is why Drey requires a person to approve pull requests before merge.

Acceptable use

Don't use Drey to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attack systems, or get around usage limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires, but write to us if something went wrong and we will look at it fairly.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Drey running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we'll give notice of material changes to these terms by email or in the product.

Ending

You can stop using Drey and delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms. On request we will delete your content within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Liability

Drey is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
